Do I have this disk?

I have Office 2003 Pro. When I go to Office help and want
to view a tutorial, I am asked to insert the following CD
in a message:

"Please insert Microsoft Office XP Pro SBSI-Audio
Syllabus into cd-rom drive D."

Do I have this disk? Did it come as part of the software?
Thanks for any help.
