Do I have to uninstall Office 2000 before I install office 2003?

It will, but it depends on your operating system. To convert it to NTFS
please use the "Convert x: /FS:NTFS" syntax from the command prompt where X:
is the drive you want to convert.

Will office 2003 allow me to change Fat files to NFTS?

What *ARE* you on about?! FAT and NTFS are disk systems that have no effect
on files. My disk is NTFS formatted, but I can take a Word document from
this computer and read it on my father's which, as it's running 98 and
Office 97 and read it. Disk formats affect disks, *NOT* files. Office
doesn't care whether the disk it's install on is FAT32 or NTFS.

Your question is nonsensical.
