Do I need IME for Thai on XP, where to get it ?

I bought Thai/English keyboard and CD with Thai fonts (many).


Seems I have to install IME too for Word 2002 (office installed).
Downloading from microsoft web page does not work.
Where can I get IME to switch to Thai character set in MS Word and Outlook?
