Do I need Office 2000 SR1a if I have Office 2003 loaded?

I've just loaded Office 2003 and on each start of Outlook, I get a MS LDAP
Directory Window that shows up. I found on MS website where it said I needed
to install Office SP3 update. When trying to install that, I'm told I need
Office 2000 Sr1a PRIOR to installing the Office 2003 SP3. Why do I need
Office 2000 SR1a if I've already upgraded to Office 2003?

The LDAP problem occurs when you upgraded from Outlook 2000 IMO to Outlook
2003. Go to Tools->options->mail setup->accounts->view change directories
and remove the LDAP account. Go back and add the Outlook Address Book
service. Okay out and then close and restart Outlook for the change to
take.
