Do I need to uninstall Outlook Express to install Outlook 2007

I installed the trial version of MS Office 2007 however Outlook is not
available and apparently not installed. I only have Outlook Express
installed as an email so there are no previous versions of Outlook installed.

No. Leave Outlook Express in place. Did Outlook come with the trial version
you installed? Some versions of Office do not include outlook - I'm not sure
about the trials.
Look in the Office set-up to see if Outlook is listed at all.
