Do I use the lookup function for this?

I have 2 worksheets. 'Players' and 'Scores'
I want Excel to set a formula in G2 in Players so it will look up value
of L2 in Players based on the week number in H2 in Scores. This is
further confused as week numbers will increase weekly so the lookup
column will increase, i.e. 1=L2, 2=M2, 3=N2 and so on. I have typed up
a lookup table in Scores containing WeekNo's 1-20 and the corresponding
lookup columns L2-AE2 but I can't work it out.

Am I doing the right thing - can somebody help?

Not too worry folks - solved it myself. Got a brainwave and figured it
out
