'do not download' filter in Outlook 2002???

I need to setup a rule in Outlook 2002 so that any
messages sent to me with 'unsubscribe' in the subject
line remain on the server and are not downloaded.

This is a piece of cake in Outlook Express... Once I
specify the specific words that I am looking for in the
subject line, then there is an option to 'do not Download
it from the server'

However in Outlook 2002, there is no similar option
(nothing that I can find, anyway).

Can anyone help me out with this????

Any info you can give me (as soon as possible!) will be
very greatly appreciated.
