Do Not Have Appropriate Permission for E-mail Rules

I continuously receive e-mails from a person containing nothing but annoying
jokes. I created a rule that anytime an e-mail is received from him it is to
be deleted, then permanently deleted so it doesn't even appear in my
"Deleted" folder. When I try to run the rule I get an error message stating I
don't have appropriate permission to perform this operation. I have full
administrator rights on the computer. We are using Windows accounts so my
account has a different name than "Administrator." Any ideas? His name is
already on my "blocked senders" list.

Hello Ammani,

Please be more specific--------- Outlook ver, Type of account , complete
error message with error number if any.
Did you try to create any other rule.

Let us know the status.

I am using Outlook 2003 with Windows XP Pro, version 2002, service pack 2.
The message I receive is "You don't have appropriate permission to perform
this operation." There is no error number. I have created many other rules
that work just fine. If I make the rule just delete the messages, it will
send them to the deleted folder. It is only when I try to run the rule to
"permanently" delete these e-mails that I get this message.
