DO NOT HAVE MAIL MERGE OPTION

Have only just discovered that the Tools pull down menu on my Word 2000
program does not offer the mail merge option. Have tried re-loading without
success

Thanks for your advice but I do not have the command to create a mail merge
document. I have tried re-loading word but without success.
