Do not have necessary permissions error...

FYI-This is also posted in another thread, but as it is in reply to a very
old thread I'm not sure what the visibility is, so my apologies if anyone
considers it a repost.

Joan was extremely helpful in assisting me with securing my database.
However, now I am attempting to test all of the code and make sure that all
of the queries, updates, etc. work. To do this, I gave the users group modify
permissions on the queries, temporarily, that will be taken away once
everything is complete. The problem is, some of the queries, after I make
changes and press save, give me a "You do not have the necessary
permissions to use the 'qryMedBulk1' object. Haev your system administrator
or the person who crated this object establish the appropriate permissions
for you." This error does not occur on all queries, only some of them. But
all queries have the same permission granted to the user.
Now, I know I could go in and modify them as the administrator. But the point
is, why is this error occurring, is it a sign of bigger trouble elsewhere?
