Do not post your email id here. You will be spammed. I'm
spammed with hundreds of mail everyday.

Thanks - but your warning came too late for me. I am
spammed over and over again and have no idea how to stop
this.

Is there any way to delete my e-mail adress in earlier
posts? (there I placed my real adress)

Unfortunately it is a bit late to do much with your current email address. I
recommend getting another account. But BEFORE posting to any Public
Newsgroup (or any other Public site on the Internet) mask your real email
address. Just go to Tools, Accounts and where you put your email address,
make a subtle change that will be obvious to anyone who wants to email you,
but will be useless for automated email 'harvesters' and viruses. It is best
to mask the Domain side of your email so that when the abuser posts a
message using your spoilt address, the message will be bounced back by their
own ISP before it gets out to the Internet. This is because the DNS server
will be unable to resolve the false domain into an IP address whereas, if
you spoil the username side of the address, the DNS server will resolve the
destination domain and it isn't until the email reaches your ISP that it
gets bounced back across the Internet clogging up the Internet (which is
what is happening at the moment) and breaking the MS Public servers (as is
happening at the moment.

If you real email address is (e-mail address removed) change it to something like
(e-mail address removed) or (e-mail address removed)

Either will be fairly obvious to most users that you are masking your real
address.
