do not recived eamil

I can not get my eamil in outlook. It just stay at my server i have check
everything and can not find out why it does not work. i works fine for my son
desk top but i have just got a trail office and i get not email at all. I am
83 years old but have been on computers for 6 years now.

What version of Outlook are you using? What type of account? Do you get
any error messages when you click Send/Receive? How do you know your
settings are correct? Have you spoken with your mail provider?
