Do not round percentage

Everyone is talking about rounding up or down the percentage. What about if
you don't want to round it?
I want the number to show 99.99% or 100.01% instead of 100.00%.
How can I do that?

If you tell Access how many decimal places to display, AND if you tell
Access how many decimal places to STORE (field data type), you can see as
many as you want.
