Do not save document properties as a default

Is there any way to prevent 2007 Office products from saving document
properties, such as Author, Title, etc.

I don't know if it's possible to make this the default, but you can use

Office Button | Prepare | Inspect Document

to remove properties and other "metadata" from your documents.

Thanks, Steve. I knew about the Office Button > Prepare> Inspect Document on
a file by file basis, and I was hoping there was a default that can be set.
If you come across anything, please let me know.
