Hello all,
I have my Outlook set to request a read receipt for each email I send,
which is something I like and have always used. If anyone doesn't like
the pop-up I instruct them in how to automatically send/do not send a
read receipt.
A client has recently contacted me stating they find the read receipt
popup being annoying. Unfortunately they use Thunderbird and not
outlook, and I don't think there's an option to turn that off.
I want to help my client, but at the same time would like to continue
sending requests - without having to turn the option on and off all the
time.
Is it possible to set up a rule so that read receipts do not get sent
to this individual, or perhaps to any address going to @domainname.com?
Thanks
Mike
