Hi Roy,
When not using the not particularly effective resume
template formats from the Word resume wizard you're
basically just creating a document to convey specific
information about yourself with the goals of
1. Getting an interview
2. When you get the interview being the person they
expected (from your words) when you walk in the door.
Many job search/employment listing sites have sections
on how to do resumes. You may find the folks and
information on this site helpful,

where to go to do resume on "word" without a template? Or
which way to do one for lack of a better term,"freestyle".
I can't seem to locate which way to go on Internet?
Thanks
