Do rules sent to PST inbox go to your PDA

synching with your PDA.

Anything that's a message in your Inbox syncs with your PDA if you have your
sync software configured to do so. However, rules aren't messages in the
Inbox and so will not sync. I don't know of any PDA mail application that has
rules (not to say there aren't any such applications).
