If you use Office Update, it will detect all the office components you have
installed, and update all of them. If you're still skeptical, you can
always open Word and then Excel and run the update - it won't update unless
there is something.
I am curious, and it would be helpful, if you could explain just how you
came to post your question in this newsgroup? I see that you are using the
web interface to post, but how did you get here? (if you can remember).
This particular newsgroup is for questions about database design in Access,
the database product. I have a feeling that you posted a question, and the
interface landed you here, as opposed to you selecting it.
