Do we have to buy MS VSud tools for office ?

I have read a lot of stuff on Miscrosoft Visual Studio Tools for Office, but
I can find this software. Is this supposedly a product that we have to buy ?
I got Visual Studio .NET 2003, Microsoft Office 2003 and also the PIA
installed, but I can't see the Microsoft Office projects in my Visual Studio
..NET 2003, so I suspect that I must install this. But I can't find this
"product" in the downloads sites...

Indeed, you will have to buy this stuff, or if you have an MSDN-subscription
then you can download it free of charge.

I believe the VSTO is part of VS 2003 (at least, the Enterprise version), but
you may not have installed it. Have you tried inserting the VS CD and looking
through everything in Setup?
