Do you have a post it note feature?

What I am hoping you have is a way to attach a post it note kind of feature
to Mail that is pending in the IN BOX. This would work similar to "insert
note" in microsoft excel. You know.. where you roll your curser over the
small red square in the cell and it reveals the note embedded there? There
are notes I would like to attached to emails of this sort that are pending in
my in box. Do you have a feature like this or is the little post it note in
the bottom only used for other features of outlook?

That is not an outlook feature but there is an addin that can do it.
