Do you have a proofreading checklist?

Do any of you proofread large presentations? And if so, do you have a checklist of thing you are always looking for? What are the most common mistakes always made? That is what I'm searching for:
  • Double spaces
  • Unwanted words (replace A by B)
  • Slightly misaligned shapes
  • Accidentally moved placeholders
