"do you want to revert" message

Hello again,

well, one problem solved, and another pops up: Whenever I open a document
from Explorer, and Word is not running, it comes up all right, but always
with a message "do you want to revert to the saved filename.doc". However,
if Word is already running, this doesn't happen. This is more annoying than
anything else, but it is annoying, and I'd like to fix it.

I have tried searching the Knowledge Base, but no joy. Any ideas?
