Our project management approach includes the use of milestones to identify
and track the execution and completion of actvities performed by our clients.
When the client completes a task, the project manager updates the milestone
as 100% completed directly in the project plan. The problem we have is that
from the moment of that update forward, we are faced with the "Do you want to
synch w/ project actuals?" message box every time we save that project. Is
there a way to disable the message box? Will moving from managed time
periods to non-managed time periods eliminate it?
