.doc attachment opening in Outlook 2003

Hello!

I have noticed that when I click on a .doc (MS Word) attachment that it
opens as an html document in Outlook 2003. I'm wondering if there is any way
of setting something up for Outlook 2003 to open the .doc in Word instead of
html?
