trying to install microsoft office document image writer on windows 7 64x
with office 2007. it will not show on my list of printers. I have done the
control pannel/change/add features/office tools/document image writer/run all
from my computer.
this has installed document imaging and document scanning software, but will
not show up on my list of printers.
I need help with this because it seems that ive upgraded and LOST
functionality. as for now i am giving up on this because im already 15 hrs
deep in research and troubleshooting. restarting the computer after the
change, and closing all the programs before the modification has done nothing.
desprate, does anyone have a solution?
