Doc to PDF: converting Headers to Bookmarks?

Is there a way to save a doc file as a PDF and the Headers (header
styles not header as in header/footer) get saved as PDF bookmarks?
Acrobat 8 can't do it, but I know Office 2007 for PCs can. Maybe a
third party solution for Office 2004 for Mac? Maybe 2008 will have
this feature? Anyone have a good idea when it's coming out?

No.

(By the way, the term in Word is "headings" and "heading styles"; but thanks
for differentiating in your question.

Maybe. Those who don't know don't know, those who do know aren't allowed to
tell...

Late 2007, maybe northern hemisphere fall/autumn, is the latest prediction.
Whether that originates from the tea-leaves or chicken giblets, I don't
know.
