DoCmd.Restore For A Specific Form

I don't think you can. You can address the request to a specific form using
the ShowWindow API function but this has the effect of restoring all open
forms within the main Access window container so I presume that this must be
default MDI (multiple document interface) behaviour i.e. that the window
state for all child windows must be the same. Maybe someone can confirm
this.
