Hi,
By reading other post I realised that I'm not the only one
having a problem with this method. Where I work, we have a
Novell NetWork using GroupWise as our Mail service and I
develop and Access database mainly in Office 97 on a NT 4
OS, but now with some version in Access XP on a Windows XP
OS.
After a windows security update, modifying some mapi.dll
as I guess, the DoCmd.SendObject didn't work anymore. I
found a workaround but I'm not sure if it won't cause me
other problem elsewhere.
My Workaround is to uninstall then reinstall "Windows
Messaging" then reinstall Groupwise. That's with the
Access97 database on a NT 4 OS.
With XP, I have to look for "Windows Messaging for Windows
NT" in the Add/Remove program but sometimes I cannot seem
to find-it and I don't know what to do to add it.
Any insights will help for reinstalling "Windows Messaging
for NT" on my XP or a different workaround for the
DoCmd.SendObject problem.
Thanks.
