DoCmd.TransferDatabase acLink problem in MS Access 2007

I have an application build in MS Access 2000, runs perfect in 2007, the
application was locked and access special keys are set off, but something
went wrong when I try to link a database for this application, the database
windows was suddenly appear, when I use DoCmd.TransferDatabase acImport, this
problem was not appeared, but I need the table in link process not import.
Can anyone help me with this problem?
