Hi
Explain to very hard my documentation control file .I try to explaine with
sample data.

I have a data sheet1 like as follow

A B C D E F
1 AA A1 1 D1 J1
2 BA A2 1 D2 J3
3 AA A1 1 D1 J2
4 BA A2 2 D3 J4
5 CA A3 1 D4 J4

sheet2 has criteria B and D column lookup in sheet 1 and get all F and
C....

Result:
B:AA ( B and D select from data validation list)
D:1

Cell(1.1) F:J1
Cell(2.1) F:J2
Cell(1.2) C:A1
Cell(2.2) C:A1
Cell(1.3) E:A1
Cell(2.3) E:A1

My file has defined names range and add record every day.

If this is possible or if anyone could help me out, it would be greatly
appreciated.
