Document Actions Task Pane

Does anyone know how to access the Document Actions task pane in Word
2003? It is referenced in the following Microsoft documentation but I
am unable to find it/download it.

Also is it available in Word 2007?

Thanks Graham,

I actually already have Windows Sharepoint Services 3.0 on my
computer. Does this mean I should already have access to the task
pane?
