Document approval

Has anyone successfully changed the default behavior of the project workspace document library to use the "built-in" content approval/rejection mechanism?

The help documentation says that content approval "...allows you to create a list or library where any items or files that are submitted by users are not visible to all site users until the items or files have been approved..."

I was only able to make this work by creating a new sub-site and in the process indicating that the new document library would use content approval. I see no where in the web administration tools or the command line tools that you can change this for the default project workspace document library. Anyone?

After accepting the change and choosing update, do you then save and
republish new and changed assignments on the Project?

Patrick,

Thanks for the reply but this has nothing to do with assignments and publishing project updates. My question has to do with the document library/workspace created in Windows Sharepoint Services.

Do I need to clarify my question so others will understand what I'm asking? Thanks again.

Sorry Earl, I tried to respond to "Subject: Not all PWA updates appearing in
plan" but for some reason it linked to your message...
