Document background colour

Hi,

The background colour of a document in word has been changed to blue
and the fonts to yellow. How do I change it back to default
permanently.

I have made the changes and saved to the template (normal.dot).
I have deleted normal.dot
I have checked the appearance in the Control Panel.
None worked...

Any other ideas ? any registry keys I can update ?

Check under Tools, Options under General, see if the Blue background
with White text option is checked.
