document changes size

When I go to print a document, it changes size - that is, it is a full
page until I go print it and then it prints a 3/4 page. everything
shrinks down. How do i fix this? It looks like it is review mode
but it isn't.

Then when I go into document, it changes the margins randomly -
yesterday it was at .13" and today it was at 0". it should be at
1.0".

Also it keeps changing the font to Times New Roman when I edit any
thing.

It looks to me like you're printing an A5-size (or equivalent)
document on A4-size (or equivalent) paper. Make sure you've got the
page size set up correctly.

That was a good thought but I have checked it and I am using the A4
size for A4 paper. So, that is not the solution. Any other ideas
from anyone?

Go back and re-check everything related to printing. PageSetup --
identify the printer you're using. In the both the Print dialogs and
the various Word configuration settings, make sure there isn't some
"shrink to fit" type of option selected.
It's not unusual to get a message (when you try to print) telling you
that a margin is smaller than the printer's minimum, and that Word has
reset to the min. That may be part of the problem.

Oh, and make sure you have the latest driver for your printer.

What version of Word and OS, please?

In the Print Dialog, you can set Copies and Pages to Microsoft Word, and
then use Print What to *ensure* that you are printing only the document
and not markup. It may be hiding from you, or Word may think it's there
even though it isn't.

In addition, try the corrupt document techniques here:
