I have a long WordPerfect document containing numerous footnotes (actually
it is my wife's document) which I opened in Word 97 and "saved as" into Word
format. One problem I noticed is that page 2 of the document is blank
except for a couple of long footnotes.
The footnote is a particularly long #4 footnote that starts on page 1 and
continues into the otherwise blank page 2.
How do I correct for this (other than shortening the footnote)? I am not yet
a whiz at MS Word <grin>.
