document doesn't open BLANK

whenever I open up word it opens as an already started document, it's something I typed on the free trial that was on my Macbook, but i didn't save it. Now that I have bought the program and installed it, whenever I open it this text comes up to, even when I try to start a new blank document. The problem it, this is something that I don't really want others to read, so how do i get rid of it???

The text was somehow added to your Normal template, on which all new
documents are based. To remove it, navigate to your Normal template in the
Finder and open it. Delete the unwanted text and save. Close Normal and
all future docs should be fine.

Since you didn't tell us which version of Office you're using (please always
do and include your OS version as well!), I can't tell you where to find
your Normal template. You'll find all the possibilities here:
