document files that are interesting examples

can any one direct me to a site where i can have a look at a few
document files that have various features (tables tabulations
etc.)included that would be good to show to some students as examples
of documents.

Try Microsoft Office InfoPath which is an add in to Office 2003. If you are
running Office 2003 look for it in the START > PROGRAMMES > MICROSOFT OFFICE
along with all the other programmes.
