Document hangs when trying to print

Hi,

I'm using Word 2002 SP3 with XP. I have a Word Doc which using a Macro from
Excel i add information to it. When i try to print the doc. Word hangs.
I've tried saving the file to a local drive, renaming it and srill it hangs.
The same happens when i try to E-mail it from Word.

When i use Word 2003 SP3 on a standalone laptop it works fine. Is this a
known issues with 2002? Has anyone had this issue before and if so was a
solution found and would they please share this with me.

Any ideas on this would be appreciated.
