Document Imaging File Errors

B

Bob Hoisington

We are experiencing errors when TIF files are saved on our
network. When they are saved locally - there are no
problems. It is like Document Imaging is not saving the
file format properly.

We have been getting these errors since either SP2 of
Office XP or maybe since we started doing more "Windows
Updates" in the last few months.

Are others having this same problem? I see nothing in
Technet about it.

Thanks for you help.

I've seen two recent posts on this matter, but don't of a resolution.
