Document Imaging- Making Default Program

I have tried to make Microsoft Document Imaging the default program for .tif
and .tiff files, but when I click on it to make it the default program, it
just comes up as 2007 Microsoft Office Component.

This does not work when I try to open a .tif file.

Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
