Document Imaging

While Help tells me I can find Document Imaging in Office Tools I don't find
it. I am using Small Business Edition. Could it be that I didn't install it?

Could be. If this is the 2003 version, in the Control Panel, start Add or
Remove Programs; Microsoft Office SBE; Change; Add or Remove Features; Next;
tick "Choose advanced customization..."; Next; expand Office Tools, and see
if Microsoft Office Document Imaging is checked.
