When I receive a fax, it goes into fax console. If I then
wish to view it, it is opened by Microsoft Document
Imaging. If I wish to annotate the fax and then resend
it, I cannot annotate using that program, so I save it as
a TIFF file (the only option) and open it with something
else. I happen to use Paperport. But no matter what I use
to re-opne it, the same problem occurs - the image is now
distorted to some kooky size (insteada of being 8.5x11,
it's something like 8x5 - totally useless.
I don't want to have to print out the pages and rescan
each time - that misses the point of the endeavor! How do
I control how it's saved so that it will be a normal size
(i.e. 8.5x11)?
Thanks!
