Document in Microsoft Internet Explorer

Hi,

Sometimes the value of the Name property for a Document loaded as
Application/msword is Document in Microsoft Internet Explorer, while most of
the time is Word.aspx?Parameter1=value&Parameter2=value. This condition
makes impossible to get the appropiate document exploring the property Name
for each document found in the Application.Documents collection.

Does anybody know the reason and how to avoid this?.
