document in Word emailed and never received

Folder is saved in microsoft word under my recent docs. I emailed this to
(e-mail address removed) and it never got there.

More likely something to do with either your, or the recipients mail
program.

Your email recipient is not going to be very happy with you. Posting an
unmunged email address here is an invitation for spammers.

Sometimes e-mail, just like normal mail, goes astray. However, as your
recipient is on AOL, it is possible it was blocked. AOL is pretty good at
protecting its members but there is a price to pay, and part of that price
is occasionally blocking valid e-mail.

Try sending it again - if possible, from a different e-mail address.
