Document Information Panel

Hello folks,

In get in Word 2007 following error message: The Document Information Panel
was unable to load.
Tried to look using Google what that message actually is but I didn't found
any good explanations.

So does anyone of you know what this error is and how to get rid of it?

There is a lots of Infopath and SharePoint stuff, I'm running Office 2007 in
Workstation.
Actually for developing Add-Ins. Quite nasty bug.

By the way, what is name and location of the default Document Information
Panel file?
Can I copy it some where place or DVD?
