document is being opened in a new window

Hi there,

Does anyone know the solution of these problems:

1) Document is being opened in a new word window instead
in the very first one. For instance, if I already have a
window displaying a word document, another word window
appears whrn another document is opened, that means I now
have 2 word windows on the desktop instead normally one.
These windows can be switched from one to another by using
TAB key.

2) Normally we have MS word followed by the name of the
document display on top left window when we open a
document but now I have the name of a document followed by
MS Word. For example, Microsoft Word - Document1 instead
of Document1 - Microsoft Word.
