Hi All,
I am working in Outlook 2003 in an Exchange 2003 environment. I set up a
Public Folder for only one group to access. In this folder I want to have a
contacts folder and I also want to keep another document that houses log-in
credentials for various contacts. I know I can store office documents in the
public folder which I will password protect. I would love to be able to link
to this document through the individual contact records but I do not know how
to do that. For example, if I open the contact form for Company A, I want to
click on a link that will take me to the supporting document, housed in the
public folder, that displays a user name and password to our account on their
site.
If anyone can shed some light on this for me, I would greatly appreciate it.
Thank you!
Lauren
