Document looses formatting when sent to printer

I have a newly installed Office Basic 2003 with Service Pack 2. Today when I
sent a letter I had written to the printer, all of the text in each paragraph
of the letter "piled" up on the left margin of the letter. I tried several
Word options, but cannot recover the document. I would be happy to send a
copy of the document to anyone who can help.

Sometimes just rebooting your computer will clear the problem, othertimes
you need to delete and reinstall the printer driver (making sure that you
have the latest available for your printer). This is a problem with the
printer driver and Microsoft are working on the problem - but no solution
yet.
