Hi,All
By using project professional 2003, I uploaded and published a project to
project server.
In project web access site, I found I can upload new document and create
document library optionally whether I log on as a project manager or a team
member.
I think,a team member should not have the authority to create document
library,I don't know whether my idea is right. If so, how the project web
site to limit the authority for diffrent role in porject?
Also,I found everyone in one project can check in/out the document
uploaded by himself or others, and I could not restore to the original
version after the document was modified.the similarly,I dont't think it
rational.
How can I realize the document management in project web access?
Anyone can tell me why and how? Thanks indeed.
