Document management

Hi there,

I am trying to set up a database to manage technical documents in a little
enterprrise. Just a simple system för quickly retrieving the right kind of
documents that fits a special purpose. My idea is to have an hyperlink
representing each document. Each document/hyperlink should than be given some
kind of code that tells what categories the document belongs to. When
searching in the database I should than be able to find all documents that
matchs a certain combination of categories. The preoviously named code should
probably be composed by a number of standard fields.

I would be greateful for suggestions or adaptble templates.
